- BFBob FakeFeb 12, 20251.0Every experience with this postoffice has been a complete failure. 1# I went in with a passport form completely filled out and photo attached. They had an issue with the exposure of the photo and had me take a new one. However the new photo was over exposed and when they copied my information into the new form the SSN was incorrect. This delayed my password and I had to contact our congressman to get this fixed. 2# They denied package delivery to my house and I have heard several others as well for a variety of nonsense reasons like having a dog. #3 A package delivered to me was under paid…by 4 pennies and they demanded their 4 cents before I got my package. I paid by card so I hope it cost them processing fees. ( I remember back in the day getting a letter in the mail saying I owed 17 cents in late fees, the stamp cost 30 cents: same kind of thinking. I guess they care about principle no matter how ridiculous. ) Anyway I could go on about damage to my mailbox, undelivered packages, and rude treatment but I don't want to waste any more of my time. I doubt they care about negative reviews or what the public they serve think but at least I can tell people who have to use this post office to be on guard to protect your mail and property.
