- NMNina MaloneJul 31, 20265.0This is an mail processing annex. There is no customer service here and is closed to the public. There is a blue box but not for large packages. If you have questions the post office on walnut can answer questions about tracking, has a customer service window and does passports (you will more than likely need to book online).The post office on E 10th can answer tracking questions and has a customer service window, but I dont think they do passports.

Not only was there no answer, the phone line went dead after a single ring, after the voice mail assured me that an operator would be with me shortly. This is completely unacceptable.
