  I live in Bedford and had a package delivered, which says it was out for delivery from the Bloomington location and not Bedford's store. So I will assume this is the store it was last at before being delivered. My package arrived at the front door in the worst state I've ever received a package in. There were at least 4 holes, some of which are big enough to fit my finger through. Big enough for the thread that was inside to potentially have fallen out of, so I'm incredibly lucky that the thread was still inside. But even then, the package was horribly dirty, and because of the holes, it got inside the package and basically ruined the thread anyways, which isn't much better. I tried to find some way to report the issue, and turned to filing a claim online. But UPS basically went, "We couldn't find a package tied to this tracking number. You'll have to contact the shipper." Thank god that when I went to Michaels, who I had purchased the thread from online, they immediately refunded me not only the price of the thread, but also the $17 cost of the shipping. Absolutely horrible service, I will do everything I can to never go through UPS again. I recognize that it was most likely not this location's fault, but there's unfortunately no way to prove that. And seeing as there's nowhere through the UPS website to report this (since a claim didn't work), this is where I have decided to place it.

  I mailed a 1 ounce letter on Saturday August 29th. It was guaranteed on Monday the 31st. It got there on Sept 2nd. I paid $136.98!!!!! The store doesn't pay you back if it is late. You have to call. I was on the phone for over 2 hours and got nowhere. Finally I called UPS Store corporate, which is somehow NOT UPS. The first girl would not let me talk. I wasn't cursing or screaming I just wanted to tell her what I had been through. She then said they would not be processing my claim and hung up on me. I called back crying I was so upset. LaGayle then became my shining star!! She was so kind and helpful!! She deserves a raise! So I am getting most of my money back but they kept the fuel surcharge. Never using the UPS Stores or UPS for that matter.

  UPDATE! ONE MONTH LATER AND STILL NO REFUND!!!!! I HAVE TALKED TO SO MANY PEOPLE AND GOTTEN TRANSFERRED OVER AND OVER AND OVER! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH! I WILL RECOMMEND PEOPLE AVOID USING YOUR SERVICES LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! UPS/UPS STORES SUCK!! The young man who helped me was nice and helpful. I had an item that I needed there as fast as possible. I paid $136 dollars to get a 1 OUNCE letter from Indiana to Florida in 2 days and it took 5 days. They say a refund has been issued but it could take a while to get it... it took 5 minutes to take my money but I have to wait a while?? Not a good system. I should be able to go there and get my cash back. 😠😤
