I explained it’s a document mailer and I used them all the time and it roughly costs me 7-9 dollars . Representative grabbed manager. The manager was so unhelpful. Instead of admitting he was wrong or evaluating why the price was high he said “it’s because you put a drive in there it is now a package”. Like are you stupid 😭. So I asked , what if I came in with the envelope and you didn’t see me put the small drive in. He says “then that’s fraud” 😭. Like what can you not read sir . I highly don’t recommend this location. The representative was improperly trained , she didn’t even know what I meant by certified mail no signature required and the manager didn’t either.

I have my own card business and sometimes I need to ship out 30+ packages a week. This location does not have a self serve and there's one 3 in this city. I go in and the lady at the desk says they can only scan 5 packages on a receipt. I definitely had more than that. She tells me about this form I can fill out to make things easier. I ask her if she can help me pull it up and fill it out; I have never done it before and dont know what I am looking for!! She says that she isn't required to know how to fill it out and cant help me. Sooooo, I, the customer, have to figure out where to find and how to fill out this form on my own. Their form!! If I need help filling out a check, who do I go to? The bank. If I need help finding and filling out a USPS form, who do I go to? Apparently no one but myself. You did not help me at all. Thanks for not wanting to do your job.
