- VPVictoria Van PeltMar 13, 20261.0We run a business & ship upwards of 20 packages a week. For months, we had no issue as long as the packages were being picked up from our home. Today we attempted to drop off a package & we were treated with the most disrespect. The lady working was absolutely rude. Acusing me of lying about a package weight. Refusing to ship & trying to charge an additional $150 on top of what I already paid. I have shipped over 200 packages, many of boxes of this same size and weight as this one with 0 issues. She was hateful, refusing to listen or answer my questions, & screaming at me as I left the building. We live right in between counties & we will be going to the post office else where from this point forward. No one should be treated like that. Especially over postage.

Even though the roads are clear and I have removed all snow in front of my mailbox , the driver is afraid to drive our route !
