  We went to ship here and for some reason they got our package mislabeled, our receiver got an Xfinity cable instead of the clothing, shoes and phone. I personally went there to report this and they told me they’ll reach out to Xfinity to look for our items. They haven’t responded back to me since then, I’ve sent tons of emails. Calls keep getting screened, worst service ever. Not even sure if the items was sent to Xfinity facility, it could be sent to another customer for all I know. Beware of this store.

  I don't like leaving negative reviews unless I truly feel it's warranted. Having worked in retail for over 15 years, I understand how stressful customer-facing jobs can be, so I usually try to give employees the benefit of the doubt. Today, I visited this UPS location on U.S. 36 in Avon, Indiana. The store opens at 11:00 a.m., and I arrived at 11:01. The door was still locked until an employee named Amber saw me and came over to unlock it. I had two items with me—an Amazon return and a prescription package that needed to be shipped back to the lab. Amber immediately refused to accept the prescription package, stating that they didn't have a driver today and that she wasn't going to take it. I understand that operational issues happen, and if the package truly couldn't be accepted, that's one thing. My concern was how the situation was handled. The interaction felt dismissive, and there was no attempt to explain the situation respectfully or offer any alternative. As a customer, I left feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than someone they wanted to help. Customer service isn't just about saying yes—it's about how you communicate, especially when you have to say no. I believe Amber who is assistant manager of this location could benefit from additional coaching on handling customer interactions in a more professional and empathetic manner.

  I came in to drop off Amazon returns. I was in and out in about 1 minutes. I sent her the email with my return slip, she printed it without making me pay for the pri ted page, scanned my package and sent me son my way.

  I recently visited this UPS Store and was disappointed by the level of customer service I received. The assistant manager, Amber, came across as rude and dismissive when interacting with customers. Several people, including myself, were trying to ask simple questions, but her tone was abrupt and unprofessional. Customer service is an important part of any business, especially one that serves people with shipping, printing, and other time-sensitive needs. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I hope management addresses these concerns and focuses on treating customers with courtesy and respect.
