Go to mail a letter and the envelope will not stay shut. I ask for tape and I am told "we don't provide tape, you can purchase tape". I point out there is tape on the counter and I need a strip and the woman at the counter says "that's our tape". Never again. I would rather pay $8 to UPS to mail a letter than ever deal with the rude employees there ever again.

There are 2 Ladies in the Auburn location that are always friendly to me. But my mailman for my address is erratic on delivering my mail. In the years I've lived at current address? I've had SEVERAL disruptions of NO MAIL delivered. An when I complain? Then, I receive it bundled up with a handwritten excuse as to why. There is NO good reason why I don't get my mail. My mailbox is on the street. In winter, city regularly plows our street. Never more than 8in of snow in front of my mailbox. A vehicle can drive over a few inches. An nobody parks in front of my box either. But for whatever reason, he always has an excuse to not deliver. I work from home, and need to get my mail. When I served our country during COVID? I relied on working from home, and receiving items in mail to work on. My mail was always delayed, and it continues. It's beyond ridiculous. Hire someone that wants to actually do their job, and deliver the mail! This has been going on too long by the regular guy for my address, and I'm taking this higher up. Hire a new person to deliver please.
