  I came to the store to drop off a package for Amazon. There was Emily and Jill , both working. I was counting change out to pay for the label. She was telling me they didn't take pennies. I asked why they didn't take pennies, then Emily stepped in and said, because they're not making pennies anymore, I don't know what store carries pennies anymore. I kind of chuckled about it, she says I don't understand what's so funny about it, I said because it's kind of silly that nobody's taking pennies when pennies are still roaming around, and she still continued on her rudeness towards me. Jill was not very helpful and was being a bully along with Emily. As I go to leave the store, Jill spoke up as my back was turned and she said, my name is Jill, that's with two l's make sure you get that right. I couldn't believe on how they bullied me like that. Over dropping off a package and asking about pennies, I have never witnessed disrespect like that at a ups store. I am livid about the experience that I got in there.

  I have been returning stuff for temu through UPS for a couple years now and this place told me they couldn't do it. Very rude and would not help. Will never be going to this store ever again...
