- CMCari MichelleMay 5, 20261.0There is always an issue with delivering the packages to my home. They always mark that there’s an issue with the delivery. Multiple times I’ve had to either come up there to get my package or call to have them re-deliver it. That’s if you can even get them to answer the phone. They will sit there and hold the packages because they are too lazy to re-deliver it. The staff is rude and always act like you’re bothering them because you want to receive your mail. The person that answered the phone when I called previously was extremely unprofessional, and was practically laughing at the fact that the driver did not complete the drop off.

Employees are obviously not paid enough to do their job properly. Staff is rude. Oswego location is so much better.
