  I've ordered from this company in the past and I replaced a repeat order yesterday, the website did not ask for my shipping address, did not ask for me to review it or confirm it, after I entered my billing address, I placed the order without any other questions and then I got an order confirmation saying it's being shipped to my old address. I have attempted to reach this company three times, twice yesterday immediately after placing the order. I should mention there was no way on the website to immediately edit or modify an order which I don't think is good. The company has not responded to me. I've even sent my issue to two different emails that I found for this company. I'm extremely disappointed. A wrong shipping address is a concern that should be addressed expeditiously. If customer service does not respond it's customer, I don't see how I can purchase from this company again.

  Outstanding Customer Support & Quality Company ​I’ve used Midwest Grow Kits in the past with great success, so when I ran into an issue with a summer shipment that suffered transit heat damage and ruined a batch of jars, I reached out to their support team. Even though the original issue was frustrating and caused me to lose a set of spores, the way Midwest handled it completely won me over. ​Because they couldn't directly replace spores, they went above and beyond to make me whole within their means by tripling my original jar order to compensate for my lost time and supplies. Every single one of the replacement jars arrived in pristine condition and the new batch is colonizing strong, fast, and completely clean. ​It’s rare to find a family-run business that stands behind their products this strongly and truly takes care of their customers when something goes wrong. They turned a rough situation into an incredible experience, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended!
