- KWKen WallaceAug 17, 20261.0Zero stars was not an option or I would have given that. For the second time in a few weeks my wife and I have prescriptions that are supposed to be delivered, and they are held in Carol Stream. Good luck getting any help at your local post office. Mine is Winfield, and they DO NOT answer the phone, but when I went in person I could literally hear Barb who runs the office on the phone laughing it up on a personal call. The lady at the counter took my name and number and said Barb would call me back, but she didn't. I called four times today, went in person and also left my number. The carol Stream office has had medications since August 11. It's August 17 today. I have been an advocate for saving our postal service, but good lord, they certainly don't help themselves with customer service.

The lady is always unpleasant and rude and acts like she absolutely hates being there and takes it out on her customers. I’ve never had a good interaction here.
