- SSSamuel SilvermanMay 9, 20261.0The store employees are rude, disrespectful, and have no idea what they’re doing. I brought in a package to return with a prepaid label from an online merchant. They said that because the weight of my package was different than the weight on the label, they would not take the package. When I pushed back on the employees for refusing a prepaid package, they told me not to come back to the store. The store was filthy, smelly, and clearly is poorly managed and run.

Always very pleasant, very helpful and very professional. Last time we shipped a large box to NY (and I was surprised at how inexpensive it was!), which arrived with some damage to its content. The people at this store were extremely helpful in rectifying the situation. I can't say anything but good things about this place!
