- MDMorgan DouglasMay 21, 20262.0Didn’t even use the services here and the parking at this location is a joke. There’s only one parking space. technically that’s the case, because the other parking space is handicapped and all other available spaces are no parking spaces. Basically only one person that is not handicapped can really use this. All other available parking spaces are specific to the other establishments so it’s a towing risk regardless.

I've been here a few times now and had different people taking care of us and the ladies there are so nice. Thank you for everything ladies
- TTTonyaJan 9, 20235.0I've only been to the Willow Springs location a few times and I've had a pleasant experience. However, I would suggest that you take your own packing supplies when shipping packages because the USPS supplies are pricey.

- CSC SApr 19, 20181.0Rude staff. I came here a few times for my small business drop offs and asking for them to scan my packages was like pulling teeth with an attitude. Once, she told me I didnt need a receipt, but I require one for accounting purposes. She was so irritated that they made me wait for 35 minutes until they were done "getting her truck ready". She also told me that I needed to change my zip code to hers on the return address in order for her office to be "credited for this package" . I've never heard this before and have shipped from a lot of different suburb post offices.
