- JDJane DoeJun 7, 20262.0What exactly is the point of having a 24-hour self-service kiosk to mail packages, especially with a prepaid label to just scan it in, when the package depository is locked? Literally the only reason I went to the post office after hours, was to drop a package in the after hours depository! If I wanted to go to the post office during working hours, why would I go to the self-service kiosk? This makes absolutely no sense.

I also appreciate the extended hours being able to stop in, ship a package, and keep my day moving without interruption is a major plus. The facility is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Truly a convenient and well‑run location.

I'm posting this in December, so I understand it's a crazy time of year, but as I write this, I have been in line for over 25 minutes and only one man has been behind the counter the whole time.
