They are very quick at getting me in and out, which I really appreciate because my schedule is usually very busy. What stands out most is how courteous and personable everyone is. They always make the experience pleasant, and they even bring a little humor and laughter into the day sometimes, which is rare these days. It’s obvious they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this location!

A employee handling packages appeared unfamiliar with proper procedures. Despite multiple packages being clearly marked as “Fragile,” I observed him throwing them onto the floor after scanning. This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how items are handled at this location. I brought this to the owner’s attention while he was present, but he dismissed my concern.. This response was disappointing and did not reflect the level of accountability I would expect. I intend to file a formal complaint with UPS corporate and will pursue any necessary claims for potential damage. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when leaving fragile items at this store, as there appears to be a lack of proper handling and oversight.
