  I've come here twice to do a special shipments for my company. The process to follow is, admittedly, not the usual FedEx process, but, was used for us first by another FedEx shop at a different location. It is annoying and time-wasting to come here and need to use the same process to get something done and have to go through the dance of "you can't do this here" only to get the other FedEx place on the phone and have them explain how to do it. Maybe you guys can learn this alternate process too and/or document it for faster accessibility to differently experienced staff. I, for one, would REALLY appreciate not being told "no, can't do it" when I know the answer is really yes, we can because you've done it previously!

  Pretty horrible customer service. I came in to print something and their kiosk wasn't working properly. The person assisting me treated me like a chore and then charged me a $2.50 surcharge for printing it herself.

  I ordered copies online for pickup at the store. When I got to the store, the copies were ready. However, I wanted 10 additional black and white copies. So, Russel proceeded to make me the copies. Fine, except the b&w copies, cost almost as much as the color copies. So I asked why. There was a $2.50 surcharge because the copies were made in the store. Why didn't Russell tell me about the surcharge before making the copies and ask if I would prefer to make the copies! I could have made the copies myself and not have paid additional unnecessary Surcharge. When I complained, they said nothing could be done they flat out refused to do anything. Really bad business practices RUSSELL RIPOFF.

  Great location. Horrible service. They seem to have a lot of staff in-training right now. I've been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks and the wait has been nuts. Even if there's just one person in front of me it hasn't taken less then 15 minutes for simple shipping needs. Once you reach the staff theres no "hello", "sorry for the wait", "how are you today". One of the gentlemen and one of the ladies seem to know what they're doing, except they are usually busy helping elsewhere. I will gladly redo this review if the "in-training" staff get it together and learn how to do their job AS WELL as be courteous. If not, UPS and USPS are across the parking lot.
