The process to follow is, admittedly, not the usual FedEx process, but, was used for us first by another FedEx shop at a different location. It is annoying and time-wasting to come here and need to use the same process to get something done and have to go through the dance of "you can't do this here" only to get the other FedEx place on the phone and have them explain how to do it. Maybe you guys can learn this alternate process too and/or document it for faster accessibility to differently experienced staff. I, for one, would REALLY appreciate not being told "no, can't do it" when I know the answer is really yes, we can because you've done it previously!

- RRRomanSep 18, 20251.0I came to print some documents and clicked the screen multiple times (around 10), but the system didn’t respond. I tried calling the staff, but she didn’t come. After that, I approached her myself and asked for help — and what I saw was absolutely shocking. The expression on her face was like I had done something wrong to her, as if I was forcing her to work, even though I was simply asking for assistance. I have never seen such indifference and rudeness in my life. On top of that, I was charged three times $5 for my order, and they didn’t even refund the deposit for printing two black-and-white sheets. It felt like their job was just to stand there and do nothing. This is not staff — this is an absolute test of patience for the customer. This was the worst experience of my life. I was completely shocked by the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help. If this is how your company, FedEx, represents itself, it is truly embarrassing.
