If you don’t speak English very well or have trouble understanding something, be prepared to be treated poorly. They are not willing to repeat or explain things if you don’t understand the first time, and the way they treat you is absolutely terrible. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Although I have stray service here at times this review is for the failing to forward mail to new address which resulted in many orders being sent to old address and recently pay checks.Zero stars for failing to redirect all mail to new addresses.

This was by far the worst place I have ever been to. Regan, who was working at the front desk, kept explaining things that had absolutely nothing to do with the actual law and wouldn’t even let me speak. While I was still standing at the counter, another customer in line (who happened to be from the same country as me, he was really nice to me) asked what was wrong. Instead of respecting my privacy, Regan started explaining my personal situation to a complete stranger without my permission. Seriously, what happened to customer privacy? I then stepped outside to call my dad. When I came back inside for my appointment, she repeated the same nonsense again without listening to a single word I was saying. We asked to speak to a supervisor, and when the lady came out, she didn’t even look at me. The only thing she said was, “If she said she’s not going to submit it, we’re not submitting it.” She didn’t ask what happened, didn’t try to understand the situation, and clearly didn’t care. Absolutely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and incompetent. I’ve never felt so dismissed in my life. Everyone there was awful. Avoid this place at all costs.

A very big ego and very little knowledge of the law. Title 8, United States Code, Section 1431, INA §320. A child born outside of the United States automatically becomes a citizen of the United States when all of the following conditions have been fulfilled: at least one parent is a U.S. citizen; the child is under 18 years of age; and the child is residing in the United States in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent as a lawful permanent resident. U.S Department of State , “8 FAM 301.10 Parents of children who acquired U.S. citizenship automatically under the CCA may apply for a Certificate of Citizenship from USCIS, a Certificate of Citizenship is not required to issue a passport, or a U.S. passport. The claim to U.S. citizenship under INA 320 can be ADJUDICATED AT ANY TIME . Such a huge ego from a supervisor who wasn’t even willing to listen to an 18-year-old. They immediately refused to accept her application. Regan and Sheba , 0 stars
