- NJNathaniel JonesJun 3, 20265.0I had an extraordinary experience in customer service excellence because of a clerk #13 by the name of Sharon‼️ I came in literally right before closing and she was very busy working however, greeted me with professionalism, care, friendliness and patience as she helped me with my package and it was basically near closing time! Sharon stopped what she was doing to assist me and I saw her also multitasking greeting others with the same grace at the “9th hour,” if you will‼️ She anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations in a matter of minutes‼️ I have gone to other post office and haven’t had such a great experience because of customer service excellence in clerk 13, Sharon‼️ Thank you for hiring such professionalism in the person of Sharon‼️
