  The person who answered the phone lacks friendliness and has bad phone manners, which is a huge failure for me, answering the phone is the most important part of a business its basically the first impression and this one sucked.

  So Teague is awesome when above and beyond I called him I was in a bind in a pinch. He was very polite very sweet. I think he deserves a raise.

  Avoid this UPS Store at all costs! I waited about 40 minutes today to process a Happy Returns return. When I was finally helped, the employee initially said he could only see 3 of my 4 items. I showed him my return confirmation, and after checking his screen again, he told me everything was good and confirmed that the entire return had been processed. He gave me a receipt, so I left. About an hour later, I received an email saying my refund was reduced because only 3 of the 4 items had been received. I called the store to try to resolve the issue and spoke with an employee named Johnny. His customer service was honestly unacceptable. Instead of trying to help, he repeatedly said things like, “I literally can’t help you,” “I don’t know what you want me to tell you,” and “It’s not my problem. I didn’t take care of you.” I asked if the package was still at the store and whether I could speak with a manager or come back the next morning to address the issue. I understand if store policy doesn't allow them to hold a package, but there was absolutely no reason for the dismissive and rude attitude. He even told me I “seem to be mad at him,” when I was simply asking for help with a problem that occurred during my return. I had to ask three times before he would give me his name. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means trying to help resolve them. I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak with the Manager and see what can be done about my package mixup and also the customer service, but after reading other reviews it doesn’t seem anything is ever done. After this experience, I'll gladly drive farther to use a different UPS location. Very disappointing experience.

  Terrible customer service. The employee on duty today was extremely rude, disrespectful, and clearly did not want to be there. No customer should be treated with that kind of attitude. I will not be returning to this store.

  standing in the store for 10 mins and the staff walked passed me couple times to grab papers from the printing machines, completely ignored other customers that were waiting.
