  I've been here a few times to ship packages or do amazon returns and every single time the worker seems to hate his day more and more. No acknowledgment, no words, just gives you the worst customer service face and glare.

  If you walk in and can’t find any employees, they are all loitering around the Pokémon machine in Jewel- scalping, and making sure no little kids can buy anything

  Older Guy who works there is quite rude and hates answering questions. Even gave me a bad look for just asking a question about how much my package costs to ship because I was comparing prices. Not sure what the guys deal is but every time I go there he’s has an attitude

  To the employee working there named Jeff. If you hate your job, go home. You will be much happier there anyways. No one is forcing you to work against your will. I have always received such kind customer service at other UPS locations so this was a first. This was a whole other level of bad customer service. Just bad would be an understatement.

  I am usually not one to write reviews, but my experience here left me feeling so upset. This is specifically for the employee named Jeff. I came in with two simple Amazon returns and was greeted with a sigh and silence as he just glared at me while I walked up to the counter and told him I have Amazon returns. Upon showing him the barcode to scan, he sighed once more before slamming down the scanner on the counter. He made me so nervous I even considered going to another UPS location for my other return. I told him I just had one more return, and he made it seem like a big deal even though it's something so simple to just scan the barcode. This is his job. He also gestured with his finger and tapped the counter for me to set the stuff down instead of just verbally talking to me. Throughout the entire experience, I was nothing but polite and smiles (because he made me feel like such a burden), but in return treated with so much hostility. Even right when I came into the store, I heard him complaining to the customer in front of me about how he's the only one working. I understand it can get busy, but at the time there were no other customers and it was very slow so I don't find his actions justifiable. I have never seen anyone who hates his job more than this guy. The hostility and energy from Jeff is intolerable and taints UPS reputability. Judging from the other reviews I have seen on here, this seems to be a common occurence. I hope UPS deals with this situation accordingly so other customers will not have to go through what I did. I will not be returning to this location.
