  Dropped off a box for Amazon and needed a small box that the item came in disposed off the customer service agent said he couldn't dispose of it for me which seemed strange but everyone cant provide excellent customer service.

  WARNING: This store "DOES NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW UPS POLICIES" and can "SET ITS OWN RULES." When picking up a package today in preparation for my mother-in-law's funeral/memorial, I brought my driver's license and the package tracking number. This seemed was appropriate because the official UPS email unambiguously stated: "Note: An officially recognized form of ID will be required when retrieving your package. If you are picking up the package and are not the addressee, you will also be required to provide the tracking number." Because I was not the addressee, I did as the email instructed. Despite presenting: (1) my state-issued driver's license, and (2) the tracking number, I was denied the package. I was told that I WAS REQUIRED to show the ID card of the ADDRESSEE. Consequently, the UPS express instructions regarding non-addressee pick-up are ignored at The UPS Store in Westchester, Illinois. The gentleman at the front desk stated that "we are a franchisee," "we do not have to follow UPS policies," and "we can set our own rules." So, if you are choosing a place to have a package delivered for pick-up, avoid this location if there is even a remote chance that a spouse, relative, or friend will be picking up the package for you. You will be required to have the addressee's ID card.

  I would have given this store, Five Star, but the gentleman that was servicing me. I was talking to him, and there was another man that that just kept interrupting me and telling me what I was trying to say. And I felt that was very rude. They charge me for a bag to ship my package in went on Amazon. It said pre-shipping. But this man literally made me purchase a bag and I will never come here again. Thank you for nothing.

  I was at the store on Saturday May 16,2026 and the guy working was extremely lazy...I had barcodes printed for each item I was returning that I had labeled and he still asked me which barcode belong to which item when in reality regardless if the barcodes were labeled or not when he scanned them it would tell him what it belong too. It seem like he was giving me a hard time because he didn't want to do his job.
