- BMB McDonaldAug 23, 20251.0The Spanish girl with the scar on her arm is the rudest person I have ever met,Saturday morning I went in there to send a package home and she told me she couldn't help me unless i had exact change for my pakage,she just looked at me and told me -- if you ever want to do business at this post office this early in the morning I suggest to go to another post office, I walked over to casys and got the exact change for my mail and then gave her the money,she was VERY agavated at me just becuse I wanted to send mail...the lady that came out after me also sead to me---what a rude girl she is -- and I agreed with her,that worker should be happy she has a job at the post office, i would love to work there...but she is taking her job for granted and knows nobody will say a thing to her over her rudeness!! I will NEVER do business in the West Dundee post office again !!!!
- MRMohammad RashidFeb 22, 20255.0I recently moved to this area and whenever I go to this post office there is only 1 lady working at the front all by herself! my father used to work in the post office & their job is super hard so therefore we should be supportive for all the postal workers who are working and treat them with respect.
