- SRS RiggsAug 23, 20261.0I was disappointed with my recent visit to the West Dundee post office. Christopher was extremely impatient and came across as rude. His comments and instructions were very short and made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand the postal employees are busy, but I would have appreciated more patient and courteous approach. I hope this can be addressed so customers have a more positive experience in the future.
