- RKRobert KralJun 5, 20245.0If you have questions or special requirements such as registered mail, return receipt, express mail, this is the place to go. The level of service and knowledge is WAY above the norm. It reminds me of how every local post office used to be. I was mailing savings bonds for redemption, and the Wayne post office was the ONLY post office that could do it by the book. I had nightmares at Carol Stream and (ugh) Wheaton, where it was a case of the blind leading the blind. I will never go to any post office other than Wayne. Their care and expertise is like a breath of fresh air.
