- OOOrthodoxDec 12, 20251.0Once an entire year or more with them, not delivering my mail at all to my address had to open up a special case with USPS headquarters because the manager and employees at this location would never fix the problem for me to receive my mail even while picking up my mail They couldn’t find it. Very unprofessional staff seem entitled for people that work for the public. They should calm down hopefully in the new administration sets local USPS stores like this straight. They seem very corrupt and out of order

She went to track it and it said it was in Waukegan and that there was no such number. We were confused as to why it was in Waukegan when the shipper said the address was correct on the envelope. I contacted the Waukegan post office and honestly didn’t think I would be able to get an answer or resolution. But I spoke with Steve and let me tell you I have never had anyone so helpful ever! This was on Monday 7/18 he told me that he would look in to it and call me back. Steve called me back within 10 minutes and stated it was at the other post office and indeed our address was right on it he had to clue why it was in Waukegan but he would take care of it and get it rescanned and sent back to us in Cary and not to the sender ( that would have been a mess in itself if that happened). And guess what????? It was delivered to us on Tuesday the 19th the next day!!!! I honestly did not think this would all go according to plan and now ,y daughter is happy that her Lolla tickets came! I actually called after we received them and spoke with Steve to personally thank him for following through and great customer service! Steve was very personable on the phone and he is an asset to this post office! Thanks again Steve!😀
