This is the first post office to mess up receiving packages for me. I travel the country for work and have lived all over. I didn’t receive 2 packages on Friday that they claim they delivered. My husband asked them about it and they told him tracking says it was delivered and that’s it. Okay, well my one package cost me $96. USPS and this post office are unhelpful. 15 days and 45 days to file a claim for our packages sounds like USPS hopes we forget. Not happy with the service of this post office. They’re trying to pin the blame on someone who lives at the RV park that it was stolen. How do I know the mail carrier didn’t put it in the wrong mailbox? It’s not like I have proof of the mailbox she put it in. I prefer UPS and FedEx who actually take photos of where they place packages.
