- MFMICHELLE D FINKAug 13, 20263.0I give it 3 stars because of the fact. Our Post Office is I'm sorry. The males just always a different mailman, are male person. Half the time. You don't get your mail a lot of times you don't even get your packages that are due, they're lost. I think this Waterloo Post Office is not exactly a 4 star Post Office. So I'm sorry, but I gotta give it 3 stars.

Neighbors mail ends up in my box, and packages that should be left at my door end up crammed and jammed into the mailbox, almost damaging the contents. Laziness and inconsistency. I’ve never experienced such poor mail service.
