  Unhelpful service for a simple UPS drop-off I came to this UPS location in Waterloo, IL to drop off a package. All the employee had to do was hand it off to the delivery driver, but he refused to help. He said he wouldn't get credit for it, and he told me they're "not real UPS" because he owns the store independently. This was a basic request, and I left without any help. If you need to drop off a UPS package, I'd go to another location.

  I didn't realize the UPS store in Waterloo refused Amazon deliveries until I went there today. Two ladies come out of the store mad and telling customers walking in they wouldn't accept amazon returns today. Upon going inside I was able to verify that "their bin was full". They turned away no less than 5 customers within 30 seconds that I was there. They had no advice on where to take the packages or if they would accept them tomorrow saying they had to wait for a pickup before accepting new packages. I was told there might be a store in Arnold, MO or Shiloh, IL. Not accepting packages is one thing but the complete lack of concern for their "customers" was utterly amazing.

  The customer service in the store today was superb! I needed a label printed to return a laptop and have some papers printed and scanned. Turns out he was the owner of the store...very helpful!
