- YOYaneida Oro2 days ago1.0An absolutely disgraceful experience. My husband, my 10 year old little girl, and I went to renew her passport and experienced terrible service. The (old) woman who worked specifically for passports treated us terribly and was very racist for absolutely no reason. My whole family and I are Hispanics, but we speak perfect English and are U.S. citizens. It’s extremely distasteful from her part to treat us so rudely the way she did. It was to the point that my little girl got so overwhelmed that she started sobbing when the old woman asked her my name. She got scared that she was gonna do something to us. She treated us with attitude even though we gave her every single documents needed. We felt so defenseless that we truly felt like we couldn’t stand up for ourselves; no person should ever make you feel like that. She threw our papers at us and said she wasn’t going to help us. Never in my life have I experienced such racism and absolute disrespect than today. Someone who is working for our government should represent respect to all. This a direct review to that woman alone, I understand that a person doesn’t represent this place. But frankly I hope someone sees this and understands how upsetting this was for me, my little girl, and my husband.

- KHKirk HoffmanJan 27, 20235.0I mailed a check in the curbside mailbox at the Warrenville PO and forgot to stamp it. I didn't realize it until I returned home and saw the stamp. I went to the post office to see if there was anything I could do and the representative actually went out to the mailbox and retrieved all the mail in the snow. Then we looked through the letters and found mine and stamped it. I am so impressed and so thankful. She actually thanked me for opening the doors when she was carrying the mail box. I just have to say --- WOW!
