- LBLisa Baldwin1 day ago5.0We had some issues with a mail forwarding request and the mail not actually forwarding to requested address. Shawn called me when she was notified of the issue we were experiencing and confirmed details first, then took the initiative to call the other city post office where the update was to take place to get this corrected immediately which she did. This was so incredibly helpful and I really appreciate Shawn's help on this. She could have had me call the post office myself but she handled it for me and apologized, saying we shouldn't have to experience this. Thank you again Shawn! Appreciate you!
