- ULUrnanshi LaithJun 24, 20261.0There are so many kind, hard working people who are looking for work a these are the people you chose to hire?? Wow, the staff is unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I set up an appointment for my siblings who were getting their first adult passports, and the first thing the woman at the front desk said when I told her we had an appointment was “no you don’t, we’re all booked up so I know you don’t have one” I tell her the appointment is for 12 and then she says there is no appointment for 12. Girl which is it, are you busy or not? (The place was empty when we were in there) they refused to verify my appointment or help me resolve it in any way, then she told me I needed to go make another appointment. Guys just go to the library, they also do these services, these people are playing in our faces. I looked at the other reviews and apparently they cancel appointments and don’t have their information straight regarding the process, I’m not surprised. I don’t know if USPS just isn’t training people properly or if the staff just doesn’t care, but this is ridiculous.

How are u fully booked but NOT for the time we came. If nobody was scheduled for this time then you aren’t fully booked.

Shawn called me when she was notified of the issue we were experiencing and confirmed details first, then took the initiative to call the other city post office where the update was to take place to get this corrected immediately which she did. This was so incredibly helpful and I really appreciate Shawn's help on this. She could have had me call the post office myself but she handled it for me and apologized, saying we shouldn't have to experience this. Thank you again Shawn! Appreciate you!
