  Andy was super nice and did a great job getting our wedding invites out in time! We brought in our own paper, and FYI to others, the thickest staples can print is 14 pt paper, and only 8.5x11 inches. She also printed multiple samples to make sure we were happy with the alignment before the final print. Thanks Andy!

  Staples seems to be transitioning their store, now including a party city area and Amazon returns bins. I gave them 3 stars because 1) they never seem to have the item I need. Like if I'm looking for a backup drive they don't have one I can use or the brand I want. 2) the store is just...scruffy 3) the staff always seems irritated that customers are in the store. Otherwise, they have the printer ink we use and are in a convenient location.

  The service and knowledge of the product requested was well below expectations. The entire staff was likely hired due to relations and not according to a professional standard. I expected more from Staples and now I may never return. The name is scarred to me .

  Had a grueling project that I found myself needing to utilize the services in the printing section due to dire circumstances. Two family members ended up making the trip and, upon their return, they were singing all of the praises for Andie. The following day, I also had the pleasure of working with her. I hope Staples realizes the value of having Andie as an employee. She is efficient, has excellent customer service skills, and knows how to take tasks over the finish line. Andie is the reason why I would consider returning to Staples, specifically this location.

  I had an outstanding experience with Andie in Customer Service at the Staples in Vernon Hills, IL. I came in with a Staples Advantage return that had some complications, and Andie went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved correctly. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Andie is exactly what you hope for in a customer service representative. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Her positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of the issue made all the difference. Staples is lucky to have someone like her on the team. Keep up the great work, Andie- you are a true example of what excellent customer service looks like! 20/10 experience
