  I’ve come to this staples location 3 different times to print labels because it says that’s what they can do online . The very first time I came, I asked for a sticker label to place on a package, I was told they don’t do that there, but was able to get one anyways after a long wait. The second time I came, I was able to get a label print and taped onto a package without an issue. The third time I came, a man told me they don’t have anyone working the printer area for the day and I would have to come back tomorrow. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t all staff members know how to work a printer machine so that anyone on shift can help if necessary? I ended up going to FedEx to get my label printed and they even gave me a sticker label without any issues. It’s unfortunate the lack of consistency here. I think staff should be retrained to better service guests of all kinds.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Andie, the Print & Marketing Supervisor at Staples in Vernon Hills! She is truly EXCEPTIONAL at what she does. I ran into obstacle after obstacle trying to get everything I needed done, and Andie jumped over every single one without hesitation. Nothing felt like a problem✨ she immediately found a solution, kept everything moving, and made sure I was completely taken care of and ready to go. Her patience, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help are incredibly rare. You can tell she truly cares about the people she helps and takes pride in making sure everything is done right. What could have been an extremely stressful experience became completely manageable because of her. Andie is an absolute asset to Staples and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. I walked away not only happy with the final result, but genuinely impressed by the level of service she provided. If you’re getting anything printed at the Vernon Hills location, Andie is the person you want in your corner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Horrible store. Waited for Amazon return. Employee first asked me and then started helping the customer who came after me. Bunch of lazy people running store.

  I was treated so kindly and respectfully by the cashier and the manager yesterday. I questioned the pricing of a relatively minor item, and rather than dismiss me, both the manager and cashier made sure it was all correct. I felt valued as a customer. I really appreciated it!

  I had an important event for which i needed a few things printed pronto. As luck would have it, they had an issue with their printers, so I guess they were running a little behind. I came into the store, got super anxious, talked to Mr. Mayank - and he went above and beyond to make sure I get my order on time! I have never seen such amazing customer service - 10/10 would come back here again. He handled my anxiety with ease and got my entire order ready well within time, despite their printer trouble. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
