I received a delivery status saying they tried to deliver my package and either no one was available or the business was not open. The FedEx store was not open at 11:30 a.m. on a weekday? I called customer service and got an agent that would not listen to me and just repeated what was on her script. I called the local store directly and Ed, the manager there, took the time to look up my package, see the useless attempted-delivery photo, and call the station to insist the driver come "back" (I'm sure he was never there) and deliver the package that day, then called me when it was delivered. No stars for FedEx corporate, five stars for Ed.

The guy from the front desk neither listened nor helped me at all. All he did was walking away and ignoring me and helping the other black lady. Potential racist!
