- AWAvery WrightJun 24, 20261.0Straight rude demeanor when I walked in and was instantly treated like a pest. Asked for a postal address change and they acted like that was a foreign concept and had to get the manager to explain how to fill out a piece of paper. She then had me go through the staff that just watched the manager explain it to me, weird. Then the staff had the nerve to say “how can I help you with that?” In a rude manner. Give me the paper to fill out bruh, what?! Then gave me the paper in Spanish. Like If you hate your job, don’t work there. Both front desk employees don’t belong in customer service at all, what a joke. I do not recommend coming here for simple tasks lol.

This hurts because we’re not from here and we just wasted like $300 for passport’s my mother works hard for her money and for the store not to compensate for the passport that’s so stupid. Do better.
