Just gotta say yall got the rudest staff I’ve ever seen, every remark is rude or snarky and it’s been this way for years ever since Covid. There’s one woman who works there who is nice and I feel awful for her. Give her a raise or promote her for the love of God.

- SBSarah BrooksSep 8, 20251.0Jennifer (Jenny) was rude and unprofessional when we arrived to send off some packages. We were given the option of a QR code to use and print the label at the facility. She was very rude about this and said we need to get a printer. Her attitude and tone was very disrespectful and she should not be working in customer service.
