- JLJoe LodatoMay 13, 20261.0Paid for Priority 2-Day shipping and this location has now lost my package three separate times. Most recently, they lost important lab samples that were shipped out last week — and that alone makes the FOURTH package involving this lab that has gone missing through this location. This has become beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially when customers are paying extra for expedited and time-sensitive shipping services. I do not have these issues with other USPS locations, which makes it pretty clear the problem is with this specific Tinley Park office. Poor handling, lack of accountability, and unreliable service have completely destroyed my confidence in shipping anything important from here Management doesn’t do anything to prevent this problem. Lazy and unfriendly employees

Made appointment for next day also was canceled. We went in the walk in time frame and they said we couldn’t do it. I was told that the only person called off. I can’t believe that only one person knows how to do it.
- CCCarmenFeb 25, 20261.0This is The worst post office I have ever seen. Very careless people. They act like they own the place and don't even care . I have sent 3 times EDDM post cards that never reached the home owners, they probably dumped in the garage after I made the payment. I was there last week to buy post cards stamps, the guy told me they forgot to order them, today a week later, they still don't have them. I don't know what kind of post office this is..... They don't even deserve one star.
