She actually came out of the post office to shout that I had printed the wrong label and they couldn't accept it! She literally ran from behind the desk out to the ramp and shouted to let me know. I'm SO SO grateful to her. It's not just a USPS thing (although I do love USPS), that was really heartening on a human level. She really saved me from a lot of stress and headache. So thank you to her, the person who opened the USPS office in Sycamore on 07/20/26. Thank you!!

- TGTom GJun 10, 20261.0I wish there was a way not to use the United States Postal service. They are one of the most incompetent organizations in existence. How hard is it to ship something from one place to another. Staff is for the most part arrogant and rude. God help you if your mail goes to Maywood Illinois because you will probably never get it. I wish the government would disband this worthless organization and create something useful. Then to add insult to injury they raise their rates. Not worth a red cent.
