- AMAmbrea Mckinnie3 days ago5.0I came to this post office trying to renew my passport for the very first time with no real knowledge of how to really do it. The staff was amazing. I mostly worked with a very kind lady named Carolyn. She reallyyy went above and beyond to help me! She basically took me under her wing and guided me thru the entire process! From giving me directions on where to go on foot to get the physical renewal documents, down to assisting me with filling out the forms and money order correctly. There was 0 judgement from her end and she never once ran out of patience with me. So kind and helpful! The world genuinely needs more people like this. I do not know what I would have done had I not come to this post office and met Carolyn. Truly a God sent life saver! There was another Gentleman that worked alongside of her whose name I can’t quite remember off top but he was friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended office.

- SRSamantha RosalesFeb 27, 20261.0Last time I came to this post office the associate went above and beyond for me even helped me tape my package, this time the curly hair blonde associate was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional I was at the desk goes to the other side tells me she can help me on the other side of the desk with an attitude, my label was not taped because last time the man did it for me i did not know, I did tell her last time I came they taped it for me l she proceeded to tell me that that’s how they stay in business that that is how they survive! Her behaviors over some tape were insane and sad

The driver will call you personally when your lost package is finally being delivered that day. The office hours are longer than other post offices. I love going to this place! :)
