0/5 stars if I could. I showed up August 27 at 6:29 PM after rushing from work to make it before closing. Another customer was still inside being helped, and when I walked up at 6:31, the employee shook her head and refused to let me drop off my package, then closed the gates while the other customer was still inside. I understand closing procedures, but this was incredibly rude and unnecessary. I rushed there after work only to be turned away while they were still helping someone else. Absolutely horrible customer service and very disappointing.

The employees at this location are exceptional, always welcoming, professional, and eager to help. This is my favorite UPS location because of the consistently outstanding service. Every employee truly deserves recognition for the excellent job they do.I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to ship a package.

Needed to return 4 pieces of equipment from DIRECTV. Went into the store and the Staff was very friendly and nice. They said that they work with dIRECTV on returning equipment. So they scanned my equipment and gave me a reference number and a copy of the 4 equipment serial numbers. They said that’s all I need and that they’ll box up and ship at a latter time. A month later dIRECTV only received one piece of equipment and want to charge me for the other 3. So I call the store for the tracking numbers of each peace of equipment. The young girl that answered was not very friendly and not very helpful. She told me that they don’t have tracking numbers. I said why not, and that I had a reference number that you gave me a month ago. She said there’s nothing she can do and for me to to call DirecTV. With whom I just got off the phone with for two hours. And they wanted tracking info. This place might just have 1 bad apple but they should have tracking numbers recorded if they box and shipped an item.
