Not only did they reject my original birth certificate because of aging wrinkles and tears, but they punched holes in it with staples without even asking me. Then proceeded to help the people behind me instead of taking care of my documents. Do NOT come here for any type of service.

The young lady at the front desk is extremely rude and has no experience. She has a very high attitude, and after so many negative reviews about her, I'm not sure why she is still working there. I run a business and frequently ship items via USPS. They are constantly losing my packages, and according to tracking numbers, those packages do not even leave this facility after being scanned by the agent. My current loss amounts to nearly $500. This is laughable. I believe the US government uses our taxes to keep the USPS operational. !!!!!! This is ridiculous...the people who work here don't care at all!!!!!!
