- DPDestin PeterJun 7, 20261.0I've had this facility loose 8 letters within the last month, they have tracking and have not left this facility. I went in to see what was going on and they basically told me to kick rocks. Claiming it was probably my fault, yet I've sent and had a number of letters delivered in the same letter format with the same Postage. They have a return address and I haven't gotten them back. There's nothing to do about it for me, I'm just leaving this for others in the future. I would go to a different location.
- RFRaymond FergusonMay 21, 20261.0On multiple occasions I have found myself stuck in line waiting for an elderly person to "finish" talking in circles with the associate about things that are in no way related to postal topics or needs. I don't blame the elderly person. I understand their mind doesn't work so well anymore and I have family members who behave similarly. What's frustrating is how after 10 to 15 minutes of this going on, the employees still don't enough sense to take control of the conversation as the line of people waiting continues to grow out to the door. I really feel this is something they need to be trained on.
