  Do not use this for livescan fingerprints! These people have you roll your own fingerprints!! They offer very little help!!! Terrible!!!

  Horrible, deceitful buisness. I explained I need a Package sent overnight, was charged $90 for 1lb.package, guaranteed overnight, but will be delivered later in day. Actually took 2 days because wasn't sent out til next day by ups store, as later explained to me by actual UPS Customer service and should get refund from the UPS store, not UPS carrier. Store declined any responsibility saying I misunderstood what OVERNIGHT meant. Was dropped off by me to store at 1pm.

  This was based on today's experience.... I needed a label printed and Jen, one of the associates, acted like it was the world's biggest hassle and told me she couldn't do it. And I said the person that sent me the picture lives in a different state and she says well I don't know I can't do anything. I said that is funny because I was in here last week with the wrong thing and the woman explained to me that I just need to email it to the store email address. After I asked her first name she became a little different in her actions and attitude. But, it was very unnecessary the way she was acting to begin with. It's your job to print this label out.... If you can't do a simple task like that and complain because you have to log in to download it, this is not the job for you. And like other comments on the reviews, why in the hell do you have to pay almost $4 to print that and another $2 for one piece of tape. It almost wasn't worth my gas to go and to wait in line. UPS I think you make enough money I don't think you need to charge for a piece of paper and a piece of tape!! That's all 🙄

  I was met with an angry UPS lady today.I had to return some Amazon damaged items. "I can't accept those items like that. You'll need to purchase a box to return the items. ". In a voice tone like I should have known better. Eventhough the shipping box that it came in was damaged to begin with. I would have paid $50 and rounded up for a box just to get away from her faster 🏃‍♀️.

  Thank goodness for this UPS Store! Unfortunately, it doesn't have a designated building to accommodate the volume of customers that need their services. As a customer who has been a part of the long (single) line; due to the layout of Meijers Store, NOT the fault of UPS; the staff remains professional and expedites each customer needs efficiently. While waiting my turn in line, I have had conversations with customers who have traveled from Jacksonville & Virden because those towns don't have a UPS.
