  Their drivers apparently dont know how to use GPS or read. Every package i get from them goes to the WRONG ADDRESS!! EVERY TIME! Start calling you guys FINDEX cuz I have to go find where yous left it...Tried to file a complaint but guess what? The automated robot lady said that she will call me back. Yeah right! Anyways anything that I buy in the future will definitely be shipped using USPS or UPS. Peace out FINDEX 🫪🫪🫪

  Closed for 1/2 hour in middle of day because only one person working. No info about that online. Drove 30 min to get here and can’t wait another 30. Guy working was nice and it’s not his fault but what terrible business practices.

  Envelope went missing, paid for priority, happens, I get it, the 800FEDEX number was unhelpful in tracking it down, but RENA went above and beyond to help me (so did some other lady in the background but i didnt talk with her) you could tell she cared and was doing everything she could to get to the bottom of this very important envelope!!!! thank you Rena!!

  I shipped a package May 31 and was suppose to be delivered on the 3rd of june, then changed the date til the 6th of june and still waiting on the package. If they cant delivered it when they are suppose to, then they should offer a refund. Not my fault they are late
