  Today my mom and I returned a few items to this location. We specifically worked with Tifah who was helpful because we actually had a item that needed to go to the post office - she was nice and patient (my mom was taking some time making sure everything else matched what was in her app). She also said happy mothers day on our way out. My mom and I OFTEN discuss the downfall of customer service and were happy to experience her service. I did not speak with the other 2 employees but they were friendly with the customers they helped.

On numerous occasions, including during periods of high customer volume, the staff has demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. (Latifah (Manager) , Renee (Store Associate) . Each interaction has been met with clear communication, accurate information, and a willingness to address all questions thoroughly. Despite busy conditions, the team maintains a high standard of service that reflects positively on the organization as a whole. Based on my repeated experiences, I confidently rate this location above five stars for its outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store to others seeking reliable and professional assistance.
