I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and very patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was handled correctly. I was running literally a minute behind and I want to thank Erica for still opening the door and letting me inside to make my return despite them closing. I had some difficulties with my barcode and they were so patient with me. They provided the number to call AMAZON & didn’t asked me to leave & come back.. they allowed me to stay in the store until my issue was resolved. Erica was truly by far the best customer service I ever experienced, at the UPS store 430 East 162nd Street, South Holland Illinois UPS is a great customer service. Erica' is very kind and had the patience, and was willing to go above and beyond her customer service duties. She is my hero 🌹🌹🌹🙏🏽
This place is trash. The people worked. There are very very very unprofessional. You would literally think you was on 31st St. they charge you for tape. I went in today and they had the nerve to have a tip jar sitting there a UPS store has a tip jar sitting there. They were literally fight you physically over you needing a piece of tape. I went in there like last year, and one of the workers literally got into a physical, almost a verbal altercation because I needed a piece of tape and they charge me two dollars because I needed a piece of tape I go in today and they actually have a tip drive with money in it. I don’t know. How would they would have the audacity to charge someone for a company issued products, but want me to give you my hard earned money after you paid by a billionaire based company. How dare you ask me for my money for doing your job and then charge me for a $.10 piece of tape but you wanna beg me For my money that I go to work for boy that speaks volume
