This is false and she needs to be retrained. I have sent laptops from Glenview and Northbrook as it is my business. Insane experience this place should be closed.

The employee’s name was Laura, an older woman who treated us very differently from the two customers ahead of us. She was friendly and helpful to them, but when we approached her, her attitude immediately changed. After seeing us wearing hijabs, she gave us rude looks and made us feel unwelcome. She was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused. The way we were treated was upsetting and disappointing. No customer should be treated differently because of their appearance or religious clothing.
