- SSSketeVRJun 9, 20261.0I wish there was a 0 star option. The USPS is braking federal law. Very frustrating experience with USPS fingerprinting at this location. The website showed availability, and when I called Monday, I was told fingerprinting was available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. I went in person and was told they do not do fingerprints on Mondays. I came back Tuesday during the stated hours and was told they were too busy and that I should come back again. They eventually completed it after calling a supervisor, but the process was disorganized and the information from the website, phone, and in-person staff did not match. This is a waste of customer time and public resources. USPS should not be the only option for this service if locations cannot manage it properly. Fingerprinting should be handled by reliable third-party providers like IDEMIA, IdentoGO, or other authorized providers.
