She was not only professional and efficient, but also went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. It’s rare to see that level of service, and I truly appreciate her.

She kept trying to get me to buy a box when I’d already come in with my own. When I asked again for the pricing of a priority label she said she wasn’t sure why she was answering my questions. I maintained a polite manner, and requested my package back. She held on to it offended and I again requested my package and left. She also tried to charge me two times what the rate was at a different location. 😡
