  I’ve been using this UPS Store regularly for the past year, and every single visit has been a great experience. Alex consistently goes above and beyond with his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. He makes every shipment quick, easy, and stress-free. The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and they always provide outstanding customer service. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find a business that’s so consistently excellent, which is why I continue coming back.   Worst UPS ever! They will try to charge you for everything. I had a package for return to Amazon some reason with box and everything, they will charge for extra for handling or something, otherwise they wouldn’t handle your package for some reason. Overall never had this issue with any other UPS in my life.

  ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​I absolutely love this UPS location on Oakton in Skokie! The staff here are incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. I always drop off my Amazon return packages here, and I have never experienced a single error or refusal. They are always quick, efficient, and process everything smoothly. ​A special shoutout to Alex! He always comes over to welcome me with a great smile and a highly professional attitude. His excellent customer service makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

  People should be very careful coming to this location. I had forms that needed to be notarized. I asked Alex, the representative behind the counter, what the price was. He says "roughly $10-$15." The moment he starts signing, he mentions it is $10 per page to notarize, not roughly "$10-$15 total." Ended up paying $60+ for 6 pages to be signed. Really unprofessional because these documents needed to be signed and mailed in a timely manner. Didn't have the time to get these documents resent and do it elsewhere. Again, be very careful when you speak to Alex because he's dishonest. There were many witnesses as well who couldn't believe the stunt he pulled to trap us into continuing with the services. Alex actually said to me I should pay for one set of documents with them and see if the bank would do it for less. That can't happen because they are identical forms for a sale of a property and why would I have 2 different notaries sign the same documents? I wouldn't ever come here again for anything.

  Alex was amazing for helping me last minute before store closed. He went above and beyond for me and did the best anyone has ever done at UPS
