- SLSofia LeónSep 24, 20261.0If you gotta sign to receive your shipping just make sure to have 2 weeks to wait for it. Driver won’t even show up in person he will just sign up as if you were not home. Customer service is trash, they don’t even offer a solution neither have control/record of their own company/driver. This location is clean usually but except personal not to be helpful AT ALL. I’ve received fast and reliable shippings from every single company except from FedEx. They are just a headache!

They failed to deliver an important medication twice during the same day by not adhering to their own stated timelines, or following simple delivery instructions. Multiple customer service calls failed to resolve the issue and they had the feckless audacity to say they tried their best and I should come out to get the package myself. Which I did at the expense of time and care for my family. Just so y'all know what you're dealing with as far as follow through and accountability.

Phoned me to tell me they will deliver on Tuesday before 02:00 pm to my house as it is too big for cvs. crossing thumbs that they feel like delivering my package tomorrow on Thursday. Call centre is a mission to get thru with the ai bot. Nobody at the call centre knows what is going on
