The actual process (after booking an appointment but they dont have a lot of days available) isn't too bad and the lady doing it is very professional and really explains the process.

The service provided is subpar, and the employees exhibit a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Britney, who assisted me with a return, displayed exceptionally rude behavior. Her inappropriate questions were particularly offensive. I was attempting to return an item, and I had both the receipt and the products in their original packaging. I would never consider returning to this location again. Brittney’s demeanor is unprofessional and unacceptable.
