She gives nasty glares, skips my house when she feels like it, shovels packages that are too big into the mailbox sometimes ripping the package and leaving my mailbox open because she doesn't feel like walking packages to my porch even though it is probably only 20 feet away. I really miss my last mailman. He is always super polite and always delivered my packages and mail.

If you could I would either go to Freeport or lanark post office. The billing address accidentally got messed up and did not come to my home address. I apologized but instead I was talk to like I was being reprimanded by my parents.
