  I’m always very satisfied with the service at this UPS Store location . The staff is consistently positive, friendly, professional, and very helpful. Every visit is a pleasant experience, and they always go above and beyond to help customers. Highly recommend this location!

  I use this UPS Store all the time and I’m always very happy with the service. I especially want to thank Sophie for being so kind and helpful. She always answers my questions, helps me quickly, and makes everything easy. It’s really nice to see such great customer service these days. Thank you, and please value such a great employee!

She was warm, patient, and incredibly efficient — she listened to exactly what I needed, handled everything perfectly, and made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free.   If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to the UPS store to pick up a package for my wife. Got back home and my wife realized that the package we had received was not ours, but another individuals'. So, of course we had to go back to the store to get our package. I headed back inside to get our package and told the woman behind the counter (staff), that she had given us the wrong package. Her response with giving us the wrong package was absolutely terrible, not even a sorry, or taking accountability for their mistake, but the way they treated it like 'whatever'. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! There are other UPS locations that are close by, which give you better service! Never going back here again, even if someone paid me I won't go back!

  I have been a box holder for several years. The current staff is always courteous, professional, and friendly. Whether I am shipping or picking up the (many!) packages I have delivered, I always receive top drawer service. I highly recommend this UPS Store.
