  My experience with The UPS Store was extremely frustrating from start to finish. I trusted UPS to handle an important shipment, but when I needed assistance filing a claim, I found myself caught between UPS and The UPS Store, with neither taking ownership of helping resolve the issue. The online claims system requires a Shipment ID or Transaction ID that is not clearly identified on the customer receipt. After spending significant time trying to locate the information, I was left to figure it out on my own. A process that should take minutes became an unnecessary and frustrating ordeal. From a retail customer perspective, this experience highlights a serious lack of support. Customers shouldn’t have to decipher receipt codes or make multiple calls just to file a claim. When something goes wrong, the expectation is that the company stands behind its service and helps guide the customer through the resolution process—not shifts the burden back to them. UPS has invested heavily in technology, yet its retail claims experience feels outdated, confusing, and disconnected. If you’re shipping something important, understand that if a problem arises, you may spend more time navigating bureaucracy than receiving actual assistance. I expected accountability, clear communication, and customer support. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those. I hope UPS simplifies its claims process and empowers its retail locations to better assist customers when they need help the most.

  Bad service. Ive been stopping at this post office for two weeks trying to catch the manager right after I accidentally bought the large mail box when I needed a small mailbox . I finally catch them and they say they can’t only change it to a small mailbox but they mock me “how much you pay for this? 5$?” I paid 150$. Before this interaction they also told the person ahead of me that they didn’t have their package after the person stated that they were notified it was delivered today. I will be contacting upper management. This USPS definitely doesn’t value customer service and it shows. If you can, go elsewhere.
