  Don’t believe everything you hear. They had told me on the phone it would cost $0.33/page for a nicer quality paper for 15 copies. After I went there in person, there was now an extra $2.50 fee for printing less than 50 copies. So my 15 pages were actually costing almost over twice as much as they did at Office Depot. I appreciate them explaining the price in person, but over the phone they didn’t say anything about that fee. Glad Office Depot cares about their customers instead of having hidden fees. & I don’t mind doing a little research.

  I think fedex need to hire more knowledgeable employee who know their exactly Duties. wasting almost 30 minutes because he was not sure what need to do

  I had an amazing experience at the FedEx Store thanks to Shujaat and Dan. Their customer service was truly outstanding—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly and that I left completely satisfied. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service like this, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a team that truly puts customers first!

  I had a deeply frustrating experience with this FedEx location that deserves to be called out. If I’m paying $150 to ship a small package, I expect professionalism, clear communication, and accountability — none of which I received at this FedEx location. I was explicitly told that all taxes and additional fees would be covered on my end. Despite this assurance, my recipient was later invoiced — causing confusion and embarrassment. When I returned to the store for help, the staff were completely unhelpful and seemed poorly informed. No one took ownership of the issue, and I ended up spending hours on hold with FedEx customer service to sort it out myself. To make matters worse, the store manager, Dan, showed no concern or accountability for what happened. His attitude was indifferent at best. This location lacks professionalism, communication, and basic customer service skills. I strongly recommend using another carrier or a different location if you expect transparency and competence.
