- AJAshley JamisonJul 15, 20261.0This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a post office. My children’s passports were never received at the processing facility. This post office claims they sent them. We weren’t given a receipt upon purchase. We paid for expedited shipping and was never given any information on how to receive a refund. We received a letter that said our kids applications were damaged. The letter had a number on it that wasn’t a working number and an address that wasn’t registered to a post office. All of this was brought to their attention and they did nothing to help. I called every processing center in Chicago and no one had my kids applications or birth certificates. Please don’t allow these people to send off any of your personal information. I still have no clue where my kids documents are and no one in this office helped or had any answers.

She also was rude when I was trying to get help with taping the box as I have never taped a box up. The line was long. She was nice to others in front of me, but outrageously rude towards me.

Grateful we didn’t have to reschedule (hard to do with little kids.) Thank you!
