  There is an elderly employee here who has racial discrimination. She said that I had to print the express label by myself, or write it by hand. She couldn't wait for me to leave her store quickly. She had never seen a clerk so rude and rude, but she served people who looked the same as her very well.

  Treated rudely by lady at desk. Waited at least 20 min and then only had one package with a QR code. My package was already packed up and the packaging was sent to me free by Poshmark. The post office lady continue to ask me if I had packaged my stuff up at the post office, which I had not and had walked in with it already packed up. She then asked me why it wasn’t stamped, and I told her it was sent from Poshmark to me freely. She then said it looks exactly like ours and it’s not stamped to which I replied I am sorry I got it from Poshmark not from here and my package was already packed up. Then she said well for future reference just be sure that anything you buy from here gets stamped. To which I replied I don’t buy things from here. There was no reason for her to say that it was extremely disrespectful and she said it in front of a lot of other people which were in the post office. Other post office’s in town are much nicer and there’s no reason to be disrespectful.

  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a post office. My children’s passports were never received at the processing facility. This post office claims they sent them. We weren’t given a receipt upon purchase. We paid for expedited shipping and was never given any information on how to receive a refund. We received a letter that said our kids applications were damaged. The letter had a number on it that wasn’t a working number and an address that wasn’t registered to a post office. All of this was brought to their attention and they did nothing to help. I called every processing center in Chicago and no one had my kids applications or birth certificates. Please don’t allow these people to send off any of your personal information. I still have no clue where my kids documents are and no one in this office helped or had any answers.
