- SBSonny BattagliaSep 24, 20261.0Horrendous customer service experience. I needed a new passport and went in with my papers, got told I needed my birth certificate, got that and everything went fine. But, while being told I needed to get my birth certificate, the guy at the counter tried to persuade me into scheduling a different appointment or going to another location that didn’t need appointments since the passport appointments were only 15 minutes long and he doubted I could make it back in time, not to mention the fact I was there early for my appointment and he still talked to me. Then, once I drove back with my birth certificate, he had all the time in the world to chat with the customer in front of me while I stood there watching the minutes pass into my appointment time which he cared so much about before. He finally completed the passport papers with his nonexistent customer service skills and THEN HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO BE PUSHY ABOUT TAKING THE SURVEY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT!!! GIVE ME A BREAK, TRY HAVING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! It’s like they’re desperate to be as inconvenient as possible and disinterested in what you came there for and they try their best to avoid doing anything involving actual work. I’m glad I rarely have business at the post office because THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Went to pickup a package, they looked for maybe 30 seconds and then declared that they couldn’t find it and that I’d just have to come back another day.
