  This was hands down the best experience I have had at a shipping store. The staff were incredibly helpful in ensuring that my four large items were shipped in a way to ensure their safety, but also reasonable pricing. I used the packing services as well and will update once I receive the items. Parking right out front and very smooth transaction. Highly recommend! Update: All of my pieces arrived in perfect condition.

  I came to UPS due to needing help with lamination and printing. Antony, the staff member (which I believe was the manager working that day) made an incredible impact on my experience. Antony made sure to go above and beyond, answering all my questions, walking me through steps I wasn’t sure about, and even offered to help me cut my laminated paper as to make sure I was completely satisfied! I would like to add that not only did he make my experience incredible, but the 10 other guests that showed up during my time there. We need more people like Antony! Thank you.

  I had a time sensitive notary need. Store owner/manager went above and beyond, and stayed past business hours to make sure I was serviced properly.
