I ALWAYS use this UPS store for everything! These are professional, courteous, quick, and friendly. Have questions? They have the answers. I have even had documents notarized there…simple and easy. There is a store closer to my home, but the gentleman who runs/owns it is grumpy and unfriendly and does not offer receipts, in fact he has told me I don’t need one when I asked! I may mostly return Amazon packages at the 2400 E Main Street UPS store, but they treat me respectfully every time. I’ll continue to go out of my way to go there, because they go out of their way to help.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Antony at the UPS Store on East Main Street in Saint Charles. Every time I go in, he is unbelievably helpful. He has helped me so many times with laminating my QR codes for work, answering questions, and just making the whole process easy. He is always patient, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. I always tell people to go to this UPS location and meet Antony if they ever need anything. He truly cares about the customers who walk in, and you can feel that right away. The entire team there is also wonderful. They are kind, quick, and always on top of things. They make errands feel less stressful, which says a lot. Thank you to Antony and the UPS crew for consistently going above and beyond. You make such a difference.
